The Power School Testimonials
Hear about some of our current and previous athletes experiences
The Power School was introduced to our family by another family almost 5 years ago. Who would of thought what an impact the program and Casey has made in our children’s lives. Casey motivates children to enjoy being at class in creating a family culture, learning to support everyone no matter their level, and building self-confidence. Even during quarantine, he made sure to get kids working out via Zoom to stay connected with each other and active when everyone was shut down. Looking back these Zoom classes offered our two children normalcy and an outlet. During our time our son has trained with Power School athletes over the years and now amazing to see the connections he has made in the sports community especially now that he is in high school. To our daughter who was the youngest and extremely shy, has now grown into a confident teenager. As they say, “pay it forward”, we as a family have had other families join Power School and their kids are thriving in different areas of their life from sports to building their self-confidence.
I have been training under coach Casey for over 3 years now and I can 100% say that it has been worth it. I really started to see my strength increase under coach Casey's training, and I can say without a doubt that I have also been the healthiest under Casey's training. Casey effectively creates a great atmosphere to workout in where everyone is working hard and you have someone to constantly push you during workouts. Casey has been a great friend, coach, and mentor throughout the years, and I really recommend PowerSchool for anyone who wants to workout.
My son is a 14-year-old baseball player. He has been playing at the highest level at his age group. He knows he needs to continue to build his core if wants to stay up with the big boys. "Leave him with me" is what Casey told me. My son has been progressing both physically and mentally over that past couple of months. Every time he finishes a workout, he tells me he's always glad he came. Workouts are exhausting so that comment says a lot. The Power School has all age groups and mix of boys and girls and all sports, not just baseball. It's conveniently located and affordable. Join the family and leave them with Casey.
Last June we were referred to PowerSchool by a very dear family friend. I called Coach Casey to inquire and he told me there’s was a class starting in an hour and we were welcome to come try it out. When we showed up my 11 year old was shy and timid. On that particular day he was the only young kid with all high school and a few college age kids. He gave me the look like mom what did you sign me up for, but he gave it a try. Coach Casey was by his side every step of the way and has been from that moment on. All the older kids who were there that day encouraged and cheered him on. By the end of that first hour he was part of the PowerSchool family. Coach Casey possesses every quality you’d want in a great coach. He’s bright, motivational, passionate, and disciplined. More importantly, he instills these same qualities in his athletes. I truly believe the best thing you could do for your child’s athletic future is to check out PowerSchool. Your results will speak for themselves. My son went from lacking confidence to stepping up to the plate and hitting them out of the park within a month of starting PowerSchool. My son absolutely looks forward to his workouts and seeing all the friends he has made there which range from younger than him to young adults. I am beyond grateful that we found this program and are part of the PowerSchool Family.
